Si Her Co-Active Member Policy

1. Terms and Conditions

Si3 (the “Provider”) agrees to provide our members with access to our Si Her Talent Co-Active (the "Co-Active"). By registering for the Co-Active, our members (the “Member”) both the "Provider" & the "Member" agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Si Her Talent Co-Active

The Provider agrees to provide access to all of the Co-Active features as described in the 'Si Her Talent Co-Active Overview' section below, active upon approval of the membership application and receiving a scholarship or making a payment.

3. Limited License

By purchasing a membership to the Co-Active, the Member is granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view and use the Si Her content.  All ownership rights in the intellectual property related to the Platform remain with the Provider and the Member may not use or reproduce any of the content in any manner, without the express written consent of the Provider.

4. Collective Registration

The Member agrees to put forth effort in building their professional web3 brand with Si Her by participating in the membership platform offerings,  including developing the personal content for one's siher.eth website.  

5. Fees

The fee for the Membership Collective and Platform access is a one-time purchase of $300 USD.

6. Member Onboarding and Wallet Data collection

We onboard our members with an application form with DeForm. The data we collect upon payment is name, email address,  pronouns, values, and crypto wallet address. We request this data so that we can identify members in our co-active are women or non-binary and are value aligned. We collect wallet addresses and store these in a secure password-protected CRM to ensure we can cross-reference wallet ID's with payments made and member applications signed.

7. Gender Inclusion

At this time, we are accepting members that self-identify with pronouns outside of He/Him. This is our gender inclusion policy and we therefore ask for this information upon signup.

8. Refund Policy

The Provider wants you to be satisfied with your experience in our Co-Active, so we offer a money-back guarantee. To claim a refund under this guarantee, please send an e-mail to within 60 days of your purchase. The refund will be processed within 10 business days by the Provider via the original payment method. This should be done in good faith in that the Member participated in the course content, yet didn't receive the value they had anticipated.

9. Privacy

The Provider agrees to protect all personal information collected from the Member for the purpose of providing membership to the Collective in accordance with applicable privacy legislation in the State of California. The Member agrees to the collection of use of the personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Provider for the purpose of delivering and administering the Collective membership.

10. Legal Disclaimer

Not Professional or Financial Advice:
The Provider provides the information contained in the Co-Active to the Member for informational and educational purposes only. The Member shall be required to use their own judgment in applying the information provided in the Co-Active to their own personal circumstances and may wish to get additional professional and/or financial advice where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability.
Subject to applicable law, in no event shall the Provider and its partners, employees, consultants, or educators be liable for damages of any kind including, without limitation, any direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, any lossor damages in the nature of or relating to lost business, lost savings, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of, reliance upon, or inability to use the Co-Active materials, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

12. Ownership of Site
The Provider of the Co-Active has created the .eth web template with React. The member's content is implemented into the site and connected to the IPFS. The audiogram video file has been uploaded to Livepeer, and also connected to the IPFS. In terms of ownership, there is no owner of data stored on the IPFS. The Provider stores the code base of this template, as it has been designed for our members to utilize, and in the future if updates to the design & funtionality are requested, this will be voted on by the Co-Active. The Provider owns the siher.eth subdomain. The yourname.siher.eth domains are purchased by the Provider. Ownership of the sub-domain may be transferrable to the member in the future.

-Siher.eth subdomain, decentralized website template, enablement of a livestreaming channel, and IPFS storage.
